Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain items, including custom orders, clearance items, or special-sale products, may not be eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at admin@sealersunlimited.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@sealersunlimited.com with a description and photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
