Shipping
We ship in stock items within 1 working day of processing your order in most cases. Custom orders take a lead time of 3 working days for most
PTFE, plus shipping time . We charge actual shipping costs, never a handling fee. We can use your UPS or Federal Express account to ship if you
prefer. Most orders ship UPS ground or USPS on smaller quantities. Large items may ship by common carrier. If you need expedited shipping, just
let us know.

Returns SEE RETURN Policy
Unopened boxes of bags may be returned within seven days at customer’s expense, as well as sealers and other equipment. There is a 15%
restocking fee. FDA regulations prohibit the return of opened cases of bags.

All of our sealers and equipment are covered by the manufacturers’ warranties. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Call us if you have any
