These hand impulse sealers seal poly bags and any thermoplastic materials quickly and efficiently. No warm
up time is needed. Depending on the model of the machine, materials up to 40" wide and 10 mil thick can be
sealed. The seal width rangically beeps when seal is done. Once the timer is set, it will give a consistently flat
seal. Easy to operate. Simply set the timer, insert bag between the impulse sealing bars, press down, and
release.

Impulse Sealers - Adding a
dwell step to the sealing
process
The most common question
we receive from our
dealers and your customers
is:
Why does the seal
appear over-melted or
under-melted when
using an impulse sealer ?
The key is the DWELL
process.
Because impulse sealers
are manual sealers, a
manual dwell step must be
added to your sealing
process to make a proper
seal.
Hold the upper jaw or
seal arm down for an
additional 2-4 seconds
after the light goes off to set
or congeal the seal.
This will ensure a
beautiful looking seal.

TISH & KF Models

4", 8", 12", 16" & 20"

UL listed!! The TISH series
sealers are metal and
come in light blue. They are
available in 4" 8", 12", &
16" lengths with a 2mm or
5mm wide seal.
Manufacture's kit includes
2 elements and 2 PTFE Non
Stick covers. This is the
original TEW Brand made in
Taiwan. The KF is very
similar, available in 4" to
20" lengths and is UL - CE
Approved.

FS Models
4", 8", 12" 16" & 20" Lengths
The FS series is similar to the
TISH sealers but a little lighter.
They are durable and
economical. Comes in light
blue, available in 4" and 8" with
a 2mm wide seal, 12", 16" &
20" with a 3mm seal (all but
the 4" are also available with a
5mm seal). Manufacture's
replacement kit includes 2
elements and 2 PTFE Non Stick
covers. FS models are a TISH
compatible sealer

poly tubing and roll bags. Can also
be used to trim excess bag for
